Planning and Development

The Planning and Development Department is responsible for daily and long-range community planning matters within the Town.

To ensure that the Town is planned and developed in an orderly and economical manner the Department maintains and is guided by the policies and plans approved by Council.

The Development Officer is the public’s information contact for all Town planning and development matters, and can provide all information required to undertake your project – be it a deck, shed, sign, house, or new subdivision.  

In addition to general public information on Planning and Development, our services include:
