Rimbey Emergency Services is a Municipally owned Basic Life Support Ambulance Service. Staff are trained to the advanced EMT level. They are active in the community with public relations events (i.e. flu clinics, blood pressure clinics, Terry Fox Run, 4-H highway cleanup, sports events, etc.). There are three Red Cross trained instructors for teaching First Aid, CPR and babysitting courses. In addition to emergency calls and hospital transfers, the service offers standbys (i.e. rodeo, derbies, Fracs) at very reasonable rates.
