| Services: | The Ladies Club first recorded meeting was March 21, 1936 at the Blindman River School. The Blindman River Hall is the original Blindman River School built in 1926. The Club hosts showers, an annual community picnic and potluck Christmas Concert (with a surprise visit from Santa). They host an Easter Bake Sale, an old fashion Christmas Bingo and have a table at the Community Bazaar. The revenue goes towards kitchen supplies, fruit baskets, the community picnic and the Christmas Concert. The Ladies also donate to Operation Christmas Child (Samaritan Purse). | |
