Program Information:
Tai Chi Chuan is a Chinese form of exercise derived from Taoism.  It is beneficial to health in a subtle, sophisticated and scientific method in a self-defense manner.  It also helps improve your power of meditation.  It offers a balanced drill for the body's muscles and joints through fluid movements in conjunction with deep regulated breathing.  Our instructor, Chris, from the Central Alberta Goju Ryu Karate Dojo will also instruct us in Chi Kung.  Chi Kung corrects any abnormal or unhealthy reactions.  It gives one more control over body, mind, emotions, reflexes, reactions and responses.  In addition, absorption of nutrients is enhanced and blood circulation is significantly improved.


Weather permitting, we would like to have as many classes as possible held outside.

PRE-REGISTRATION is required…Please register and pay IN-PERSON
(registration is not accepted over the phone)
at the Rimbey Community Centre.
Programs that do not meet their minimum registration will be cancelled.
